1. About these terms
These terms apply to every order placed through this website. By placing an order you accept them.
2. Orders
An order is accepted when we confirm it. If an item is unavailable after you have ordered, we will contact you and refund the amount in full.
3. Pricing
All prices are shown in Bangladeshi taka and include applicable taxes. Delivery is charged separately unless your order qualifies for free delivery.
4. Payment
We accept cash on delivery, bKash, Nagad and bank transfer. Orders paid by mobile financial services are confirmed once the transaction reference is verified.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel an order at any point before it is marked as shipped, from your account or by contacting us.
6. Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law.
