Delivery
Orders placed before 4pm on a working day are dispatched the same day. Everything is packed by hand and checked against the order before it is sealed.
- Inside Dhaka — 1 to 2 working days
- Outside Dhaka — 2 to 4 working days
- Free delivery on orders over ৳3,000
You will receive a tracking number as soon as your parcel is collected by the courier.
Returns
If a piece is not right, you have 7 days from delivery to tell us. Items should be unused and in their original packaging.
- Email us with your order number and a short note about the problem.
- We will arrange collection or send a return address.
- Refunds are issued within 5 working days of the item reaching us.
Damaged or incorrect items
Send us a photograph within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace the item or refund it in full, including delivery. There is no need to return a broken piece.
