Home & Harmony began with a simple frustration: too much of what fills a home is bought twice. Once because it was cheap, and again because it broke.
So we started buying differently. We look for makers who are still making the same thing they were making ten years ago, because that usually means it works. We sample everything. We live with it. And if it does not hold up in our own kitchens and hallways, it does not make the range.
What we look for
- Material honesty. Stoneware that is stoneware, cotton that is cotton, steel that has weight to it.
- Repairability. Things that can be tightened, re-strung or re-glazed rather than replaced.
- Quiet design. Objects that do their job without asking for attention.
How we work
Everything is checked by hand before it is packed. Orders leave us within a day, and we answer messages ourselves — there is no queue and no script.
If something arrives wrong, tell us. We will fix it without a form.
Buy well, buy once, and keep it long enough for it to feel like yours.
